Additional JROS award
JROS
We have made an additional award of £411 towards the Junior Regional Orienteering Squads from money collected via JK 2019 entries and other donations supporting junior development.
At the start of the Orienteering Foundation approved an award to the Junior Regional Orienteering Squads (JROS) to support coach development at the summer 2019 camp at Lagganlia. You can read about the award here.
Since that award, we collected donations via the JK 2019 entry system, giving donors the chance to specify how they would like their money to be used, one option of which was towards JROS. As a result of those donations, and some other donations giving a preference for money towards junior development, we have made an additional grant of £411 to JROS.
