BKO host the British Schools Orienteering
In 2008, BKO received a grant to enhance the British Schools Orienteering Championships. It paid for a provision of medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class and for part payment towards certificates and commentary. These details helped juniors have an enjoyable and fulfilling competition and gave the Championships the status they deserve within the participation pathway. When asked “What did they like most about the event?” some of the responses were as follows:
