British Champs raises over £250

Over £250 was raised in donations by participants at the recent British Orienteering Champs.

The British Long took place in Grizedale and was largely hosted by Lakeland Orienteering Club, while the British Relays were in Bigland and was largely hosted by West Cumberland Orienteering Club, although members from all across NWOA helped on both days. Entrants to the long day could make a donation to the Orienteering Foundation as part of their entry via Fabian4, and we are delighted to report that £268 was raised. Donations like this go a long way to funding the projects supported by the Orienteering Foundation, and we are very grateful to those who donated.
